FMW MEDIA WORKS, INC. agrees to provide financial backing on a purposed agreement between Pet Longevity Product & Distribution Corp. (PLPD), a New York Corporation, and Bravo Multinational, Inc. (OTC PINK: BRVO).
BRVO and PLPD under this “Memorandum of Understanding” (MOU) intend to form a partnership arrangement whereas BRVO would own 50% of PLPD.
Mr. Steve Simon, President of Pet Longevity & Distribution, states, “This proposed partnership leverages the synergies of both entities. Through strategic marketing and distribution outlets, Pet Longevity intends to bring new pet longevity product lines into the 60+ billion dollar pet product market, as well as, open new markets for already established brand name pet products.”
Additionally, Pet Longevity Products and BRVO under this “MOU” would consider the purchase of an existing pet product manufacturing facility. Located in the USA, this targeted manufacturer has existing lines of established pet products within established distribution networks.
Mr. Vince Caruso, President, FMW Media Works, states, “This is a fantastic opportunity where two entities can bring together their business acumens, and move forward with a feasible business plan in this high-demand market, pet products. Upon completion of due diligence and other formalities, we at FMW are confident that the ‘MOU’ will move forward towards a completed transaction.”
In support of this new partnership, FMW Media Works would provide the necessary start-up capital and closing funds for this partnership arrangement. The on-set commitment to BRVO for the pursuit of this pending arrangement is currently at $300,000, which is additional to the already committed $100,000.
